This is a posting for our manager in training position*

The responsibility of the manager on duty is to protect the interest of the operator in the practicing and maximizing of operational excellence, quality, and training procedures throughout their shift (Day, Swing or Night shift). Most importantly the responsibility of the manager on duty is to ensure that the first and last contact with guests is both memorable and remarkable. 

Requirements include:

-Flexibility and open availability 

-Effective communication skills

-Ability to lead and delegate tasks

-Ability to work in a team environment, hustle, and a maintain a positive attitude

-Ability and willingness to work through a minimum 6-month development program

-Physical requirements may include: standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, etc. 

 

Daily job requirements include:

-Coach and develop team members

-Observe and validate cashier keystroke errors

-Observe for inconsistent cash and coupon handling procedures

-Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen

-Delegate tasks to a team and provide disciplinary action when needed

-Ensure proper security measures are in place when opening/closing the store

-Maintain Chick-fil-A and DHEC food quality and safety standards

-Take care of customer satisfaction and guest recovery

 

*This is a "manager in training" position and requires completing a minimum 6-month development plan
Compensation: $14-$16/ hour
