The Chick-Fil-A Garners Ferry Road Opening Shift Supervisor shift runs from 5:30am-11am. Opening Shift Supervisors are responsible for the operational success of the Front of House team during the breakfast daypart (6:30am-10:30am) plus administrative duties before and after the daypart. Your team will include 6-20 team members and you will focus on the 3 guide-rail philosophies that we use to ensure our store's success:

The Front of House Opening Shift Supervisor will undergo training as a team member and must be fully functional operationally prior to entering into their ultimate role of Shift Supervisor. Chemistry with the team and competence in the role and as a leader are of the utmost importance, but the most important factor to be successful in this position is one's character. We can teach you everything else.

The Front of House Opening Shift Supervisor is a part-time position, but can be made into a full-time position if you would like to continue working as a team member through the lunch daypart (ends at 2pm).

Starting Pay Rate will be $15-16/hr.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
