Must meet all of the minimum operating qualifications before applying to this position, and once applying your expression of interest will be seen by the director team.

After the meeting of the director team, you will be given a development plan to complete in order to move forward in the Trainer role.

Leads classes for new team members according to pathway procedures
Leads classes for team members on new product launches, and teaches on job for new products
Corrects team members if they are not following pathway procedures, and uses these as opportunities to teach the correct procedures

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
